What's in every month
The month planned
Every observance with an idea, a filled calendar with two activities a day, a blank calendar, and an editable Word and Excel version you can make your own.
Four group sessions, ready to run
One a week. A 45-minute run sheet with timings and materials, twelve trivia questions with answers, six discussion questions in large print, and adaptations for independent, supported, and sensory residents.
A daily news sheet for every morning
Thirty-odd pages a month, one per day: two things that happened on this date, who was born on it, a fact, and a question to start the day's conversation. Read it at breakfast, pin it to the board.
A puzzle set
Five word searches, three crosswords, two word scrambles, two six-square sudoku, two mazes, a finish-the-phrase sheet, and a matching quiz, all large print, answers at the back.
Craft of the month
Materials, staff prep, step-by-step instructions, adaptations for every ability level, a safety note, and questions to ask while hands are busy.
Armchair travel
One destination a month: eight facts to read aloud, six discussion questions, a postcard to write home, and something to taste, smell or hear.
A chair exercise routine
Fifteen minutes, all seated: warm-up, eight moves with counts, and a cool-down, written to read aloud.
Reminiscence
One topic a month (Sunday dinner in the 1950s, toys under the tree, what things cost in 1960): ten facts to read aloud and twelve tell-me-about prompts.
Eight one-to-one cards
For residents who stay in their rooms: what to say, three steps, and a line to log the visit.
A resident newsletter
Large print: this month in history, birthdays, fun facts, something to smile at, and what's coming up. Print it for the whole house and the families.
The month's holiday pack
Twenty holiday trivia questions, a party plan, and five games.
Monthly Pro paperwork: the month's participation log with every activity filled in, a birthday and anniversary sheet, and the monthly summary for care-plan meetings

Questions activity directors ask
What does the licence cover?
One community, for twelve months: every monthly box, the full catalog of Golden Days Press printables, and unlimited printing and copying for your residents, staff, and families there. It does not renew automatically; we'll email you before it ends.
When does each box arrive?
Boxes are built three months ahead. When you buy, you get every box already finished (right now that's November, December, and January) plus the full catalog. Each new month arrives by email by the 20th of the month before.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Email [email protected] with your community's name, the billing contact, and a PO number if you use one, and we'll send an invoice you can pay by card or bank transfer. The files go out as soon as it's paid.
We run several communities. Is there a group price?
Yes. Each community needs its own licence, and three or more get a group rate. Email [email protected] with the number of communities and we'll quote it the same week.
What's the difference between Facility and Facility Pro?
Facility Pro adds the monthly paperwork (a participation log already filled in with the month's activities, a birthday sheet, and the monthly summary for care-plan meetings) and the Survey-Ready Activity Program Kit: the interest assessment, care-plan language library, participation and refusal logs, one-to-one visit kits, an aide in-service, a quarterly mock survey, and the survey binder guide. It's for activity directors in skilled nursing who answer to F679.
Is this right for memory care?
Yes. Every session carries a sensory adaptation for late-stage residents, the one-to-one cards are built for people who can't join a group, and the print is large throughout.
What if it isn't what we need?
Reply to your delivery email within 30 days and we'll refund you. We'd rather hear what was missing; the requests are what we build next.
