Privacy Policy
Golden Days Press is a small publisher of large-print activities for seniors. We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected].
What we collect, and why
When you ask for a free printable
Your email address, which printable you asked for, and the page you asked from. We use them to send the printable, and then one email a month with a new printable or idea. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
When you buy
Checkout happens on Stripe's secure pages, not on this site. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details; we receive your name, email, what you bought, and the amount, never your full card number. We use them to email your files, send receipts and invoices, and answer questions about your order. Monthly plans are billed by Stripe until you cancel, which you can do any time from the billing link in our emails.
When you email us
Whatever you choose to send, used to reply to you. If you send a logo for a branded edition, we use it only to print your community's materials.
When you visit
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful: pages viewed, approximate location (country or region), device and browser type, and how you arrived. It uses cookies. We also record when someone clicks a Buy button and which page it was on. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
Who handles it for us
- Resend stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, and invoices.
- Google Analytics measures site visits.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers downloads.
Each processes information under its own privacy terms, and only to provide its service to us.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information.
- Tell your employer or anyone else what you downloaded.
- Add you to anything you didn't ask for.
How long we keep it
Email addresses stay on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. Write to [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we'll do it within 30 days. If you live in the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or a US state with its own privacy law, you have these rights under that law too, and you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
